If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please email us upon receipt. A refund or exchange will be issued when the order is returned safely, in unused condition, within 14 days of receipt. 

Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, and return shipping is the buyer's responsibility. 

No refund will be issued if the item/s do not return to Rare Cloth safely. Please package any returns securely and provide insurance for damage or loss.

Each item is unique and one-of-a-kind. Irregularities and imperfections (fading, fraying, discoloration, etc...) in the textiles used to make our products are a cherished part of our design process. We not only accept these inconsistencies, we embrace them as an integral component of our brand. 

We do our best to ensure that the color of the item is represented as closely as possible in the photographs but please keep in mind that colors vary due to differences in monitors and displays.


After payment is processed, your order will be shipped within 4 business days.

All Domestic orders (within the United States) up to 13 oz. will ship via USPS First Class Mail. All Domestic orders over 13 oz. will ship via USPS Priority Mail. The weight of your package will automatically be estimated at checkout.
